3rd West Wales Third Sector Conference

Spotlight on Trustees

The third West Wales Third Sector Conference, is jointly organised by CAVO, CAVS and PAVS is being held on the 31st March 2020 in Canolfan Hermon Centre.

The voluntary and community sector has faced challenging political and economic times in recent years. So now it is more important than ever that the sector has the skills, knowledge and resilience to cope with the changing landscape.

The theme of this year's FREE conference a ' Spotlight on Trustees' will provide an opportunity to be brought up to date with key issues, developments and opportunities for the sector.

There will be presentations covering the following:

• Safeguarding Governance & your organisation
• Employment update for the sector- ACAS
• Info Engine - What is it? & how it can help your organisation
• Trustee Recruitment- challenges around diversity

  • Regional update for the sector - CAVS, CAVO & PAVS
    • Panel Question & Answer session

The conference is supported by Bevan and Buckland & Third Sector Support Wales.
